These deadlines are tied to real commitments we have to make – graphics submission, pipe & drape, floor plan and fire marshal approval, food & beverage minimums, and many other show planning details. TGA gets billed at higher rates the closer we get to the show. The more lead time you give us, the better we can plan – and the better rate you lock in.
