Discover travel products and connect with TGA exhibitors through curated networking and dedicated buyer programming—with two hotel nights covered for accepted participants who fulfill program requirements.

Arrive Monday by 10 AM; remain Wednesday through 5 PM. 
Required meetings and service-desk checkout apply.

Who Qualifies

  • Retail buyers, merchandising managers, or owner/decision-makers with purchasing authority for travel goods, luggage, or related accessory categories.
  • Independent specialty retailers, outdoor/travel specialty chains, department store buyers, and e-commerce retailers with a meaningful travel goods assortment are all eligible to apply.
  • Only one Hosted Buyer per company. TGA may request supporting documentation (e.g., business license, website, store list) to verify eligibility.

What’s Included / What’s Not Included

Included: 

  • Two (2) hotel room nights at the Westgate Las Vegas (Monday, February 8 and Tuesday, February 9, 2027), room-only.
  • Access to all Monday, February 8 Networking events and designated Hosted Buyer programming.
  • Full access to the TGA Show floor and general show programming during the program dates.
  • A Hosted Buyer Lunch on Monday, February 8.
  • An invitation to the Cocktail Party on Monday evening.

 

Not Included: 

  • Airfare, ground transportation, and parking.
  • Meals and incidentals beyond those explicitly listed above.
  • Any hotel charges beyond the two covered nights, including early check-in, late check-out, or room upgrades.
  • Travel insurance.
  • TGA will not offer any travel/flight reimbursements or discounts to Hosted guests.
     

Program Expectations & Required Attendance

Monday, February 8, 2027

  • Monday, February 8, 2027 — arrive no later than 10:00 AM. Attendance at Monday's Networking events and other scheduled programming is mandatory.

Tuesday, February 9, 2027

  • Participate in the Tuesday morning TGA Hosted Participant Meeting
  • Remain on-site through 5:00 PM.

Wednesday, February 10, 2027

  • Participate in the Wednesday morning TGA Hosted Participant Meeting
  • Remain on-site through 2:00 PM.
  • Check out with the TGA service desk after 2:00 PM to qualify for the covered hotel nights. Otherwise, you will be charged for the room nights.

Hosted Buyers should not alter these attendance dates without discussing changes with TGA in advance. Buyers who do not fulfill the required attendance may be asked to reimburse TGA for hosted costs.

Hotel Arrangements

  • TGA will pre-pay two (2) room-only nights at the Westgate Las Vegas on your behalf.
  • Your credit card and photo I.D. will be required at check-in to cover any incidentals, which are your responsibility. If you fail to meet these requirements, your card will be charged for both room nights.
  • Check-in: Monday, February 8, 2027 (standard hotel check-in time applies).
  • Check-out: Wednesday, February 10, 2027.
  • Room sharing, additional nights, or early arrival/late departure requests should be directed to TGA in advance and are subject to availability and additional cost.
  • TGA will book your room directly under the program block and send a confirmation number approximately 30 days before the show. You will not need to provide payment information for the covered nights, though a card will be requested at check-in for incidentals, or not fulfilling your requirements.

How to Apply

  • Applications open November 1, 2026 via an online form on travel-goods.org.
  • Applications are reviewed by TGA on a rolling basis. Applicants are notified of acceptance, waitlist status, or decline within 2–3 weeks of applying.
  • Accepted buyers must confirm participation within 5 business days of notification, or the spot may be released to a waitlisted applicant.
  • Application deadline: December 8, 2026, or until all spots are filled. Space is limited — early application is encouraged.

Cancellation & Participation Terms

  • Acceptance into the program is at TGA's sole discretion and is non-transferable.
  • Only one Hosted Buyer seat per company will be accepted, to allow the greatest number of companies to participate.
  • Accepted Buyers will receive a confirmation email with next steps for hotel coordination and Speed Networking / Brand Match Accelerator scheduling.
  • If your plans change after acceptance, notify TGA immediately — see the cancellation policy under Program Expectations.
  • Cancellations made less than 60 days before the show, or no-shows, will result in an invoice for the full cost of the reserved room nights.
