Impact-Driven Adventure Brand Cotopaxi Aims to See The World and Make It Better Through Travel

Published on February 21, 2025
Certified B Corporation™ and impact-driven adventure brand, Cotopaxi, has spent the
last ten years creating colorful, sustainably-made travel gear while committing portions
of revenue towards social impact work. Their commitment to encouraging people to see
the world and make it better through travel is reflected in their products, from the
materials used to the creation process, and the adventures their products are made to
support.

Founded in 2014, Cotopaxi has long been dedicated to creating sustainable products
and fighting poverty through conscious consumerism. Their focus on seeing the world
and making it better, inspiring travel and adventure centered around leaving a positive
impact, is particularly visible within their Allpa collection and across all products that
have followed.

"We're equipping adventurers to explore the globe – and their own backyards – with
gear that's built to last and designed to make a difference,” said Craig Rowley, Chief
Marketing Officer at Cotopaxi. “We believe in travel that's both thrilling and
transformative, which is why we create bold, ethical gear and rally around our mission to
support the Cotopaxi Foundation's vital work fighting poverty."

Indicative of this commitment to responsible adventure is Cotopaxi’s flagship Allpa
Travel Packs. Thoughtfully redesigned in 2024, the new Allpa Travel Packs are made
with 100% recycled fabrics and with an impressive level of durability. Cotopaxi’s Allpa
collection is created to make travel easy and stand up to a lifetime of adventure. With
the redesign, Cotopaxi took user feedback and added in highly requested tweaks and
components, such as a luggage pass-through on the back of the Travel Packs and an
exterior stretch water bottle pocket, optimized weight distribution, and air mesh shoulder
straps for increased comfort on those long travel days.

The Allpa Travel Packs currently come in four different sizes (20L, 28L, 35L and 42L),
and the Allpa Rollers come in 38L, 65L, and 100L. If travelers are looking for a
traditional duffel, the Allpa Getaway Duffel comes in 55L, 70L, and 100L.
Cotopaxi is thrilled to be launching an exciting and innovative new Allpa pack, the Allpa
50L Adventure Pack in May that fuses performance functionality with Cotopaxi’s
signature style, and will change the game for adventure travelers.
Allpa X Hip Packs come in 1.5L and 3L sizing, and the Allpa Gear Hauler Totes come in
30L and 60L. Many of the Allpa styles come in both the highly-durable TPU coated
option and 100% repurposed deadstock Del Dia.

Beyond the exceptional Allpa collection, Cotopaxi unveils the S25 collection, a vibrant
reimagining of outdoor apparel. The Impermeo 3L Hooded Shell Jacket boasts cutting-
edge waterproofing, alongside Cotopaxi's iconic colorblocking. The versatile Losdos
Zip-Off Pant combines hiking functionality with contemporary style. The Cambio
Jumpsuit offers a unique and comfortable travel option. Finally, the Allpa 26L Daypack is
a sleek, thoughtfully designed daypack for urban outdoor adventures.
