Eagle Creek Celebrates 50 Years with Reimagined Fan Favorites, Debut of Vintage-Inspired CORDURA® and Leather Collection
All Eagle Creek products will now exclude the intentional use of PFAS/PFCs in production
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. (March 4, 2025) – Eagle Creek, the original adventure travel gear manufacturer, will celebrate its 50th anniversary this year by offering shoppers innovations within their best-selling product lines, the Tour Travel Pack and the Tarmac Luggage Collection. Additionally, in an homage to the brand’s first-ever product designs, Eagle Creek will launch its Origin Series – a five-piece adventure travel collection blending leather accents with CORDURA® RE/CORTM, a recycled, high-tenacity polyester yarn created from discarded bottles and packaging.
In 2025, all Eagle Creek sewn products are manufactured using recycled content and exclude the intentional use of PFAS/PFCs in production.

Originally launched in 2019, the new iteration of the Tour Travel Pack is the pinnacle of one-bag travel featuring multiple carry modes, zip-away suspensions system, 100% recycled ripstop nylon, a water bottle holder, weatherproof front compartment with zip closure, and a front grab handle that doubles as a trolley sleeve.
The Tarmac Collection has been updated to include a hybrid construction of a hardshell for durability and a soft, fabric side made of 400D 100% ocean recycled nylon for easy access and expandability. All three luggage sizes will now have four, heavy duty, multi-directional spinner wheels with a telescoping handle, side grab handles, and internal compression options to maximize space.
Honoring its timeless product aesthetics from 1975, Eagle Creek’s Origin Series is constructed of a signature blue shade of CORDURA RE/COR fabric and natural leather embellishments. The collection includes one duffle, the Pullman; two packs, the Klettersack and the Rolltop Rucksack; a small Travelers Kit; and a leather luggage tag. The three bags in the series each feature two carry options, a backpack and a side carry. The Pullman duffel and Klettersack pack cater to modern travelers with padded laptop compartments and multiple easy access zipper points, internal pockets and mesh organizers. For the on-the-go adventurer, Eagle Creek’s Rolltop Rucksack has a gusseted water bottle pocket with a cinch strap, a side zip for convenient internal access, and a trolley sleeve with a hidden pocket for essentials.
The Tour Travel Pack, available in 40L and 55L ($249 and $279 MSRP) and is available now. Three sizes of the Tarmac Collection — 29”, 26” and the 4-wheel carry-on – will launch this summer with respective pricepoints of $469, $429, $389 MSRP. Eagle Creek’s Origin Series will debut April 15th, 2025.
